SurgiColl operates under a "Diamond" Open Access model, providing free, universal, and immediate access to all published content without a subscription. There are absolutely no submission fees, and we do not charge Article Processing Charges (APCs) to publish in SurgiColl. The journal is financially sustained through organizational support from the Rothman Opioid Foundation, ensuring that neither authors nor readers face financial barriers.​
